Aue Station is open for viewing daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, subject to the availability of confirmed events. To schedule a tour, please visit www.auestation.com or book an appointment with a catering representative at 210-653-7839.

Aue Station can comfortably accommodate up to 80 seated guests inside, with an additional 24 seats on our outdoor patio. We offer round and rectangle tables, and we will create a custom layout designed specifically for your event. If you are planning a standing room only event or require accommodations for live music, please schedule a consultation with one of our catering representatives so we can discuss the possibilities and ensure we can meet your needs.

We are located just five minutes past the Rim on the North West side of San Antonio in the historic town of Leon Springs. Address is 24059 Old Fredericksburg Rd.

The room is included with the catering cost. If you’re looking for the room itself without catering services, it is a flat rate of $350+tax.

The cost of our catering includes a 3-hour room rental. Our catering costs are determined by your menu selections, the total number of guests, and any extra services you may wish to include. If you are interested in renting the room on its own, without our catering services or any additional options, the flat rate is $350 plus tax.

Please be aware that any change of date is dependent on availability. Please contact us to discuss potential date changes and to check our availability.
