Aue Station can comfortably accommodate up to 80 seated guests inside, with an additional 24 seats on our outdoor patio. We offer round and rectangle tables, and we will create a custom layout designed specifically for your event. If you are planning a standing room only event or require accommodations for live music, please schedule a consultation with one of our catering representatives so we can discuss the possibilities and ensure we can meet your needs.

We are located just five minutes past the Rim on the North West side of San Antonio in the historic town of Leon Springs. Address is 24059 Old Fredericksburg Rd.

The room is included with the catering cost. If you’re looking for the room itself without catering services, it is a flat rate of $350+tax.

The cost of our catering includes a 3-hour room rental. Our catering costs are determined by your menu selections, the total number of guests, and any extra services you may wish to include. If you are interested in renting the room on its own, without our catering services or any additional options, the flat rate is $350 plus tax.

Please be aware that any change of date is dependent on availability. Please contact us to discuss potential date changes and to check our availability.

Yes, Aue Station offers a variety of beer and wine selections, including both cash bar and open bar package options. Please be aware that outside alcohol is not permitted. For bar packages, Aue Station will provide 1 bartender for every 40 guests at a flat rate of $50.00 per bartender.

Please be advised that all deposits and total amounts paid are non-refundable if the event is cancelled. However, the amount paid can be applied towards a future event, provided that the future event is booked within 365 days of the original booking date. Failure to rebook within this 365-day period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Our packages typically include the meal, staffing, setup and cleanup, basic tableware and linens. Custom packages are also available.

Outside catering is not permitted at this time. However, specialty items may be allowed upon request.

Guests have up to three days prior to the event to add any additional plates or services. Please note that once a guaranteed guest count has been provided, you are not permitted to reduce that number. However, additional meals can still be added after the guaranteed count.

Of course! While balloons are not permitted at this time; balloon arches, table decor/personal centerpieces, etc. are perfectly fine.

Helium balloons, glitter, and confetti are not permitted at this time. Removable balloon arches and table decor/personal centerpieces are allowed. Guests will have one guaranteed hour for setup prior to the event. If no other events are confirmed on the day prior to your event time, additional setup time may be available. Please confirm the possibility of extended setup with your catering representative.
